Nick Talboys

Nick founded Talboys Utility Services in 1985, performing all repairs himself, initially in the Oxford area. He has overseen the business grow from two personnel to the sixty directly employed today. His extensive technical knowledge, coupled with his first-hand experience with customers, underpins the TUSO focus on quality and service.

In his role as Non-Exec he will provide constructive challenge, strategic guidance and offer specialist advice to the company Directors.

Phil Hookham

Phil is lifelong friends with Nick Talboys and is fondly referred to as a ‘Founder-Member’, having been with TUSO since its inception back in 1985. He has been instrumental in the continued growth and success of the business due to his wealth of technical knowledge and on-the-job experience.

Phil takes pride in meeting with our customers to help identify and quote for how TUSO can best assist them, as well as overseeing the job and upholding our high standards.

Vicki Price

Vicki joined TUSO in 2015 following a successful 11-year career in Water & Waste network Contract Management with the UK’s largest Water Company. Heading up the Compliance and People side of the Business for TUSO, her experience along with her flair for creativity has allowed her to naturally improve and implement structure and process change, generating business efficiencies which in turn is passed to the customer, clients, and staff – who remain at the forefront of any decision-making process.

Phil Talboys

Phil joined TUSO in 1997 after a successful career in the commercial and sales sector. He joined to assist the business in their finance and future planning, due to his wealth of experience in financial management, as well as working across various other roles within the business.

Today, as Operations Manager at TUSO, Phil ensures the company keeps to their high standards of customer satisfaction, health and safety, and productivity and performance. He also plans for the future growth and success of the company.

Nigel Membury

After 30 years working for the UK’s largest Water & Waste company, Nigel joined TUSO in 2018 as Head of Operations, bringing a range of experience across water & waste networks, production and process.  Nigel’s focus on Health and Safety, Customer and Operational performance along with employee engagement has enabled the business to successfully navigate through covid and to expand into new areas of work.  In May 2022 Nigel became Managing Director of TUSO, working with the new board to build on the foundations already in place.
